It is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in your deposit being nonrefundable with the option of transferring your deposit to your next scheduled appointment. If canceling and/or rescheduling your appointments becomes a pattern, it is up to our discretion whether or not to book you any future appointments with us. In an instance where a cancellation fee (50% of your scheduled service[s]) is issued, it is required to be paid before your next visit. Failure to complete payment results in being unable to schedule any future appointments with us. No-shows are absolutely not tolerated, and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If a no-show occurs, it is up to our discretion whether or not to book you any future appointments with us. Cancellations made on the calendar date of your appointment are considered no-shows. In an instance where a no-show fee (100% of your scheduled service[s]) is issued, it is required to be paid. Failure to complete payment results in not being scheduled for any future appointments with us. SMALL CHILD POLICY To maintain a calm, peaceful, and safe environment for our service providers and clients, please refrain from bringing small children with you to your appointment with us. Our spa holds potential hazards for a child left unattended, and if injured, Ocean Jasper Wellness and our insurance company will not be held responsible. If you arrive with a small child, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment with us. We love children and have our own, but we are here to pamper you and appreciate you making other arrangements for your children while you are with us. WE APPRECIATE YOU We understand that some things come up in life that are unavoidable, unplanned, and out of your control. We always take your unique situation into consideration and sympathize with you. Not all instances will result in a fee unless there is a history of repeat cancellations/rescheduling your appointment. Thank you for your continuous support of our small business.
